Our family vacation at Helios was truly enchanting. Nestled in the picturesque Carpathian Mountains, the hotel boasted a fairytale-like location that immediately captivated us. The spacious room, impeccably clean and elegantly decorated, provided a cozy retreat after days filled with adventure.One delightful surprise was the expansive swimming pool, a hit with our kids who spent hours splashing around under the sun. The mini-football game brought out our competitive spirits, creating cherished family memories as we cheered and played together.Dana at the Front Desk deserves special mention for her exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including arranging an additional bed promptly.
